Initial Difficulties

I came here to log about some initial difficulties I’ve encountered in this new environment. Since I’ve started working with new pages, I am having a hard time linking all the pages to the respective buttons and menu items. Specifically, I am struggling in linking posts to the submenu items of “space log.”

Additionally, whenever I’m on the general “space log” page, another menu item (about) is underlined as if that page was active. I’ve tried changing that so the menu item “space log” is highlighted instead, but I had no success in doing that yet. I am thinking it has something to do with the appearance → menu tab in the dashboard.

Fixes to do:

• Unlink the “about” page from the “space log” page and menu item;
  • Remove underline when active from the “about” menu item in the “space log” page
• Explore the appearance → menu tab in the dashboard;
• Main goal: correctly link the menu items and buttons to the respective pages.
